Ranked by medals, then by tasks entered. Each medical-imaging track has its own board; radiotherapy planning tracks are additionally separated by delivery geometry so unlike machines are not ranked as if they were equivalent. Scores are not comparable across tasks, so placements—not raw metric values—carry into the global standing. Invalid and hard-fail submissions are excluded.
